Selfy Core operates Jarvis OS, an internal business operating system for Selfy Enterprises and Vegas Custom Pools. This policy describes how information is handled when authorized users access Jarvis OS and connected business integrations.

Jarvis OS may process business and account information needed to operate the platform, including:
- Account and authentication information for authorized users
- Financial data from connected systems such as QuickBooks, when enabled by the organization
- Operational data from business tools such as CRM, scheduling, production, project management, and other configured integrations

We use collected information only to provide and improve Jarvis OS functionality, including executive briefings, business intelligence, recommendations, and operating-system workflows. Financial data is used only to provide business intelligence and operating-system functionality — not for unrelated purposes.
Selfy Core does not sell personal or financial data.

Access to Jarvis OS is restricted to authorized users designated by the organization. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure; users should follow organizational security policies.
5. Third-party services
When Jarvis OS connects to third-party services (for example QuickBooks or other business platforms), data may be exchanged according to that integration's configuration. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Selfy Core is not responsible for third-party practices outside our control.

Business data is retained as needed to operate Jarvis OS and meet organizational requirements. Retention practices may vary by data type and integration. The organization may request review or adjustment of retention where applicable law requires.

Authorized users may contact us to request access to information associated with their account or to request removal where appropriate and permitted by law and organizational policy. Some data may need to be retained for security, audit, or legal compliance.
