1. About Selfy Core and Jarvis OS
Selfy Core provides Jarvis OS, an internal business operating system used by authorized personnel of Selfy Enterprises and Vegas Custom Pools. Jarvis OS is not a consumer application. Access is limited to authorized users for legitimate business operations.
2. Authorized use
You may use Jarvis OS only if you have been granted access by the organization. You agree to use the system for lawful business purposes and to protect login credentials. You must not attempt to access data, accounts, or integrations you are not authorized to use.
3. Connected services
Jarvis OS may connect to third-party business systems, including but not limited to QuickBooks, operational tools, CRM, scheduling, production systems, and other integrations configured by the organization. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Selfy Core does not control third-party platforms.
4. Financial and operational data
Financial and operational data imported into Jarvis OS is used only to provide business intelligence, executive briefings, and operating-system functionality for the organization. Jarvis OS is not offered as accounting, tax, or legal advice. Users remain responsible for decisions made using system outputs.
5. Availability and changes
Jarvis OS is provided for internal business use. Features, integrations, and availability may change as the platform evolves. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
6. Disclaimer
Jarvis OS is provided on an "as is" basis for internal business operations. To the extent permitted by law, Selfy Core disclaims warranties not required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
